The platform serves as a digital marketplace where users can post private listings for campers and interested persons can contact them. The use of the platform is based exclusively on these GTC.

2. Subject of the Contract

(1) The platform allows registered users to publish listings for the sale or rental of campers and to contact other users.

(2) The operator only provides the technical infrastructure. No purchase, rental, or service contract is concluded between users and HOT ROD Tours GmbH.

(3) The operator acts neither as broker, intermediary, nor contractual partner in any transaction between users.

3. Non-Profit Nature / No Fees

(1) Use of the platform is free of charge.

(2) The operator charges no fees, commissions, or other costs, neither from sellers nor buyers.

(3) All transactions, payments, or agreements between users occur outside the platform and under their sole responsibility.

4. Registration and User Accounts

(1) Registration is required to create listings.

(2) Users must provide truthful and complete information and keep their access credentials confidential.

(3) The operator reserves the right to reject registrations or block accounts if these GTC or applicable law are violated.

5. User Obligations

(1) Users may only post listings for real, legally sellable or rentable campers.

(2) All uploaded content (images, text, etc.) must be free of third-party rights.

(3) It is prohibited to post:

• False or misleading information,
• Advertising for other services or platforms,
• Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

6. Responsibility for Content

(1) Users are solely responsible for the content they post.

(2) The operator has no obligation to verify the accuracy or legality of listings.

(3) In case of third-party claims regarding illegal content, the user shall indemnify the operator from all related liabilities.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

(1) The operator assumes no liability for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided.

(2) The operator is not liable for damages arising from contacts or agreements between users.

(3) Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations or personal injury are affected.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of HOT ROD Tours GmbH and in accordance with applicable data protection law (in particular, the GDPR).

9. Amendments to the GTC

The operator reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time for legal or technical reasons. Users will be informed in advance of any material changes.

10. Final Provisions

(1) Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to the use of the platform is Vienna, Austria.

(3) If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
